Brief Introduction to the Construction of Qiqihar Staff University

Qiqihar Vocational and Technical College, the predecessor of Qiqihar Construction Workers College, was founded in 198 1. It was once the only independent adult higher education institution registered by the Ministry of Education in western Heilongjiang Province. In March, 20 1 1 year, with the approval of Heilongjiang provincial government, in March, 20 12, the Ministry of Higher Education put on record, and Qiqihar Polytechnic Vocational College was established on the basis of the construction of Qiqihar Staff and Workers University, which was transformed from an adult junior college into a higher vocational and technical college. Qiqihar Construction Workers College is approved by the provincial government and put on record by the Ministry of Education. It is the only independent adult college in the northwest of our province. It is also the correspondence point of the affiliated middle school, technical school, Harbin Engineering University, the second-level training center of the Ministry of Construction and the supervision company of Jianda. Schools have full-time, correspondence, amateur, seasonal learning and other forms. There are undergraduate, junior college, technical secondary school, technical school, on-the-job training, continuing education and other school levels.
