1. Recruitment target: recruitment for the whole country, with preference for local students.

(1)20 19-year full-time college graduates with bachelor degree or above;

(2) Full-time normal college graduates who graduated in 2017, 20 18 and 20 19 (some special disciplines are in short supply);

(3) Full-time college graduates under the age of 30 (born after1May 198915th);

(4) Previous graduates must obtain corresponding teacher qualification certificates.

2. Recruitment conditions

(1) Good political quality, love the socialist motherland, support the party's principles and policies, love education, have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, have good conduct, abide by the law, perform well at school or during work (unemployment), have not received any disciplinary action, be a model, and volunteer to serve the rural grassroots education;

(2) Those who meet the requirements of service posts and apply for junior high school teachers have a bachelor's degree or above; Those who apply for English, music, physical education and art teachers should, in principle, be the same as those who apply for service posts;

(3) Physical conditions meet the requirements of the Physical Examination Standard for Applicants for Teacher Qualification in Yunnan Province and can adapt to the working and living environment conditions in the post setting area;

(4) The level of Putonghua should meet the requirements of the corresponding standards stipulated in the Measures for the Implementation of Teachers' Qualification Regulations, and obtain the corresponding level of Putonghua proficiency test certificate.

(5) Volunteers who have obtained the teacher qualification certificate or the qualification examination certificate of primary and secondary school teachers, participated in the "Volunteer Service Plan for College Students in the West" and the "Three Supports and One Support" plan and have completed their services are given priority under the same conditions.

(6) Undergraduate graduates and full-time normal professional graduate students who apply to work in rural schools in key counties, border counties and ethnic autonomous counties for poverty alleviation and development can be exempted from written examination and directly enter the interview assessment.

(7) On-the-job special post teachers or national on-the-job public officials shall not take the special post teacher recruitment examination.
