What kind of companies would go to vocational schools (including technical secondary schools) to recruit? They are all garbage companies, right?

I am in Beijing, and all majors are in the technical field, mostly in electronics and machine engineering. As long as I have good grades, it is good to enter a state-owned enterprise. I just started to major in the field, and I will be fine after a few years. I am an electronics major. Technician, five years of service, in a state-owned enterprise, 3,300 per month, 2,700 after deducting no insurance and one bonus, weekends, statutory holidays, our newly graduated college students are the same as us in previous years, and the number of engineers is 1,000 more than us. The same goes for our machining department. It was harder as an apprentice in the first few years, and you have to find a good employer when you first see the facts.
