Second, the recruitment target

The 2023 fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities included in the national unified enrollment plan (excluding orientation and evaluation).

Graduates in 2023 should be graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2023 who have not had labor (employment) relations with any unit during their school days, graduated on time and obtained corresponding academic degrees, and can normally participate in employment dispatch. Non-Beijing students should have a master's degree or above and have no social security payment records during their school days.

Third, the recruitment conditions

The assessment shall be conducted by interview and trial presentation, and shall be organized and implemented by the District Education Commission and the employing unit. Assessment content: The employer formulates the assessment work plan and organizes the assessment, interviews the graduates, understands the basic situation of both parties, and checks the relevant certificates and materials of the graduates. Organize the trial lecture, and implement the percentage system for the results of the trial lecture. The qualified score line is defined as 60 points, and the members of the trial lecture team score and fill in the Examination Form for Open Recruitment of Teachers.

According to the ratio of 1: 1 for each post, the candidates to be hired are determined from high score to low score among those who pass the preliminary examination. At the same time, the recruiting unit collects corresponding materials and reports them to the personnel department for review.
