Liaoning Economic Vocational College? Economics (Liao Jing Vocational College for short) is a state-owned public cadre training institution and higher vocational college. It was selected into the third batch of modern apprenticeship pilot units of the Ministry of Education, the "1+X certificate system" pilot colleges of the Ministry of Education, and the national high-quality vocational colleges. The college covers an area of nearly 600 mu, with a building area of163,000 square meters and more than 530 faculty members. There are seven secondary colleges, including Tourism and Entertainment College, Training and Continuing Education College, and more than 30 majors, including finance and trade, public management, arts and crafts, and applied engineering. College was founded in June 1984, and its predecessor was 1979, which was a training course for cadres of Liaoning provincial economic and trade commission. In 2000, Liaoning Arts and Crafts School merged; In 2002, Liaoning Provincial People's Government approved the establishment of Liaoning Economic Vocational and Technical College, and formally held general higher vocational education. In 2003, Liaoning Industrial Economics School and Liaoning Materials School merged; In 2006, Liaoning Metallurgical Cadre School, Liaoning Light Industry Cadre Training Course and Liaoning Building Materials Vocational Skills Training Center were merged.
