1. Further strengthen the quality education of staff. In order to ensure the completion of the annual work goals, according to the arrangements of the Family Planning Office and combined with the actual situation of our residence, we mainly did the following aspects in the first quarter: First, clarify the three major tasks of family planning work this year: 1. In order to successfully complete this work, we actively mobilized all parties to organize gynecological examinations. For those who refused to cooperate, we visited them many times to ensure that they could participate in time. The number of gynecological examinations this time was 490, 484 were actually examined, and the gynecological examination rate reached 98.8%. Six of them did not participate in the physical examination. The specific situation is as follows: 3 people have moved to other places and cannot be contacted; we mobilized the other 3 people through various channels to participate in physical examinations, but they just refused to cooperate. My residence has reported the list to the Family Planning Office. The fourth is daily management work. Be standardized and strict, and all types of reports must be timely, standardized and accurate.

3. Carry out safety and health management work. Since the first quarter, we have strengthened our contact with property companies, police stations and police districts, and strictly inspected and assessed the system. 4. Efforts should be made to comprehensively manage social security. 5. Complete temporary and phased tasks assigned by superiors in a timely manner.
