The demand of high school teachers is mainly Chinese, mathematics, English, computer and other professional teachers. There is a great demand for kindergarten teachers in Shanghai, especially in the suburbs, and teachers majoring in preschool education or English and art need to be recruited.

According to reports, due to the expansion of public colleges and universities, there are more and more private colleges and universities, and the current small class education has formed a teacher gap. Due to the similar geographical and cultural environment, there is a certain amount of rigid and flexible flow of higher education talents between Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai.
