After studying abroad for four years, I have met too many southerners who disdain the northern cities. Taiyuan can be said to be a well-behaved city, without the prosperity of first-tier cities, but without the loneliness of those remote provincial capitals in northwest China. In fact, there are not many coal bosses here, but many coal miners and their children. The air is not as foggy as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, but it is not as fresh as Yunguichuan. The city summit is blocked, which is usually very fast. The house price is not outrageous, but it is not low enough to buy a suite easily.

People here don't like tossing, they just like to live their own lives in peace, but they don't spend a lot of time on entertainment every day like Chengdu people. Everyone is running for their own life, full but not busy, living a dull life.

The traffic here is not too convenient, and there is nothing inconvenient. The road is basically due south and due north. The bus can go almost everywhere you want, and it's super cheap. The pass is one yuan, the card is fifty cents, and the students are half price. Only a few buses cost more than two yuan because it may lead to airports or suburbs. Buses and bicycles are all over the city, and there is no charge for one hour. Stop wherever you go. Every few hundred meters, there will be piles for you to stop and pick up the car. In addition to public bicycles, there are * * * bicycles, and Huang Xiao and mobike are all over Taiyuan. Taiyuan has a strong trace of human society, which can make people feel the warmth between people, and it is also a drawback. Many high school students in Taiyuan aim at schools outside the province and want to leave the embrace of Luliang Mountain in Taihang Mountain and go out to have a look. At that time, high school students rarely stayed in Shanxi, scattered all over the country like dandelion seeds. The pace of life in Taiyuan is very comfortable and the pressure is not great, which is suitable for slow life. Once Liuxiang was extremely prosperous, but now it is slightly lonely.

Although this is not the place where I was born and raised, even though this city still has many shortcomings in some people's eyes, I still regard it as my second hometown.

Maybe it doesn't look like anything to win at first glance, but it gives you a feeling of life, real daily necessities and trivial market.

Some people will say that Taiyuan's slow pace has led to no hope of strengthening. I think Taiyuan still needs to find its own position.
