Subsidy target. The subsidy object of these Detailed Rules refers to the newly introduced personnel of various enterprises within the administrative area of Jinan after 20 17 1 (inclusive), who graduated from full-time ordinary colleges and universities and obtained doctoral and master's degrees, and meet the following conditions:
