The tulip exhibition area located on the west side of the Science Museum of Beijing Botanical Garden entered the best viewing period in mid-April. More than 400,000 tulips of 130 varieties were opened one after another, creating a wonderful "secret garden".

Meng Xin, deputy director of the Gardening Center of Botanical Garden, introduced that the design of tulip exhibition area this year was inspired by the popular hand-painted coloring book The Secret Garden, with various flower patterns, including lilies, peonies and roses, each with its own characteristics; Red impression, yellow Pricemars, black night queen, colorful parrot, etc. , the color is gorgeous; There are daffodils, Fritillaria, ornamental onions, saffron and hyacinthus orientalis grapes interspersed among them, and the tulip flower sea is like a huge palette.

The newly-built "Yizhi Garden" in the southeast of the exhibition area displays the first planted 1 1 tulip varieties, including starry sky, inchworm, orange queen, hot pants and sunrise. Among them, the orange-red sunrise is a rare large flower variety, and the flower head is twice that of ordinary tulips. On the west side of the scenic spot, hot air balloons, rainbows and clouds composed of tulips depict a "romantic sky" like a fairy tale world; In the northeast scenic spot, a huge tulip forms a lotus pattern, and a stream composed of grapes and hyacinthus orientalis flows through it.
