Online booking covers all trains in the country. The system is open from 6: 00 to 23: 00 every day. Valid documents for ticket purchase include: resident ID card, Hong Kong and Macao residents' travel permit to and from the mainland, mainland travel permit for taiwan residents and passport. Only one ticket can be purchased with a valid ID card, the same ride date and the same train number. Tickets are paid directly online. Before driving, passengers can pick up their tickets at the train station ticket window or sales point with their original valid ID and order number (students and disabled soldiers are also required to provide the required discount (to be paid) vouchers).
