Is education a closed-loop condition for employment?

Personally, education is not a closed-loop condition for employment. Why do you say that? Employment and education are not necessarily related, and education cannot be the only condition for employment.

First of all, understand that education is just a synonym, which proves that you have the basic knowledge needed to do this job. As for whether you are competent or not, it depends on whether you have any work experience in this field.

Secondly, education can only represent the past knowledge structure, and the latest skills may be needed in the work, such as how to make professional ppt, oral English speech or communicate with people, which are not learned in school and need to be honed in the work to strengthen this skill.

Every time I look for a job, I will look for a job that suits me according to my work experience and skills. In my resume, I will truthfully write down my education, but I will write down my work experience in more detail, including what projects I have done before, what problems I have encountered in these projects and how I solved them. Then I went to the company for an interview, and the interviewer asked many questions, all of which were related to this job.

Polishing your existing skills is the weight for you to get a good job and raise your salary in the future. At the same time, I can accumulate more network resources at work, enrich my mind and learn more business-related content. Only in this way can you be comfortable in your career and have a clear aim.

Finally, education is only a stepping stone to employment, which is a necessary condition, but it is not a necessary and sufficient condition, and the ability is much higher than education.
