The Party School of Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China is a public institution directly under the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China. I. Recruitment Position and Requirements

Second, the recruitment target conditions

Third, the recruitment process

(1) Application for registration

(2) Qualification examination

Our school will examine the qualifications of candidates according to the job requirements, and notify the selected personnel by telephone after determining the list of people who will take the written test, interview or trial lecture.

The applicant is responsible for the authenticity of the materials provided.

Anyone who provides false information or forges relevant materials, once found, will be disqualified immediately, and all the consequences arising therefrom will be borne by himself.

(3) Examination and evaluation

Our school generally adopts a combination of examination and assessment, and adopts written examination, interview and trial lecture for different positions. The content is based on the comprehensive knowledge and professional knowledge necessary for the recruitment position, and the recruitment is based on merit.

Trial lecture: Teaching and research posts are assessed through trial lectures.

The lecture score is 100%, and the qualified score is 60 points.

According to the ratio of 1: 1, the candidates for physical examination and political examination are determined according to the ranking order of the trial results.

Written examination and interview: positions other than teaching and scientific research are assessed by combining written examination and interview.

Written test score 100%, qualified score 60.

Interview score 100%, qualified score 60.

The number of interviewees shall be determined according to the ratio of the number of positions to the number of applicants 1:5, and the insufficient number shall be determined according to the number of qualified candidates in the written test.

Interview scores and written test scores are weighted according to the proportion of 50% and 50%.

According to the ratio of 1: 1, the candidates for physical examination and political examination are determined according to the ranking order of comprehensive scores.

According to the assessment, physical examination results, political examination, and the approval of non-Beijing nationals to enter Beijing by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the candidates to be hired are selected.
