I. Business Category and Handling Method

Tripartite agreement and seal business: For the graduates of 2022 who need tripartite agreement and seal business, please refer to the article "Online Operation Process of real-name registration system Registration of Ordinary College Graduates in 2022" in the station to complete the registration of real-name registration system registration system, and submit the online application for approval by the staff. After the examination and approval, the graduates will package and mail the tripartite agreement to the Employment Guidance Section of Kaifeng Talent Exchange Center. Postgraduate registration business: college graduates in the province are required to provide registration cards and copies of ID cards. Graduate registration card reassignment business: our center only provides the approval certificate and seal of registration card reassignment, and does not provide direct reassignment business.

① The graduate school is a university in Henan Province. If you want to change the avatar of the registration card from Kaifeng to other cities, you need to provide the original registration card and the admission notice of the receiving institution.
