In order to further build a "foreign import prevention" barrier in our city, and resolutely and effectively block the virus transmission chain, the relevant matters concerning further strengthening the epidemic prevention and control management of truck drivers and passengers are hereby notified as follows:

First, drivers and passengers of trucks entering the city must actively report the license plate number, planned arrival time, driving route, residence records of the last 7 days, names of all drivers and passengers, ID numbers, telephone numbers, 48-hour nucleic acid test results and other information to the community where the delivery unit is located 48 hours in advance.

Second, drivers and passengers of trucks entering the city should strictly implement protective measures such as wearing masks, actively cooperate with traffic checkpoints to carry out temperature measurement, code scanning, check out the car card and 48-hour negative nucleic acid report, and at the same time carry out landing "nucleic acid+antigen" testing, and pass after the antigen results are normal. If there is a trip out of the city within seven days, the traffic checkpoint should implement road closure measures.

3. All trucks entering the urban area will be controlled by "hand delivery" closed loop, that is, the receiving and delivering unit will deliver the goods to the destination by hand with valid certificates, and the drivers and passengers will not get off the bus unless necessary during the loading and unloading process, and the whole process will be closed loop managed to avoid direct contact with other personnel. The receiving and dispatching unit will arrange personnel to load and unload the goods.

Four, seven days after the completion of unloading, trucks going to epidemic areas outside the city will follow the principle of "two points and one line", and the distribution unit will immediately guide them to the bayonet for "hand delivery". For truck drivers and passengers who go to non-epidemic areas outside the city within seven days, if they don't need to stay in the city after loading and unloading goods, leave as soon as possible; If it is really necessary to spend the night in the local area, the receiving and sending unit shall report to the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters and the community, and implement closed-loop control at a fixed location.

Five, after the inspection of transit vehicles, add seals, do not stay on the way, people do not get off. Truck drivers and passengers who need to spend the night in the local area shall implement closed-loop control at fixed locations.

Six, truck drivers and passengers should support and cooperate with the prevention and control work, obey the unified arrangement of the receiving and delivery unit and the local prevention and control headquarters, abide by the epidemic prevention and control measures, implement the filing system, do not conceal the itinerary, and it is strictly forbidden to enter the village.

Seven, truck drivers and passengers such as fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, decreased sense of smell and diarrhea symptoms, should immediately report to the receiving and delivery unit, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the epidemic prevention and treatment in a timely manner to the nearest fever clinic, and cooperate with the public security, disease control departments to do a good job of flow adjustment.

Eight, the receiving and delivery unit shall perform the main responsibility, and urge the truck drivers and passengers to implement the whole process prevention and control measures such as pre-report, landing inspection, personal protection, vehicle and cargo disinfection and provide necessary services. The truck parking area and the places where truck drivers and passengers stay should be disinfected. Employees in contact with truck drivers and passengers should be relatively fixed and managed in a closed loop. If any abnormal situation is found, it should be reported to the local community as soon as possible and temporarily controlled.

Nine, truck drivers and passengers should strictly abide by the relevant epidemic prevention regulations, for violations, especially the replacement of mobile phone cards in the city, concealing the itinerary and other acts to avoid inspection, the relevant departments will hell to pay. The general public and friends are invited to actively participate in supervision. If it is found that truck drivers and passengers arriving in high-risk areas in China and epidemic-related areas in the province have not reported truthfully or failed to implement control measures, please report to the local headquarters in time. If verified, each clue will be awarded to the first reporter 1000 yuan. The bonus will be collected by the whistleblower within 10 working days after verification at the local headquarters.
