Limin Development Zone belongs to Songbei District or Hulan District.

According to Tubao's inquiry, Limin Development Zone belongs to Harbin New District (Songbei District). Harbin Limin Economic and Technological Development Zone "Six Streets and One Town" (including Xueyuan Road Street, Limin Street, Nanjing Road Street, Yumin Street, Yutian Street, Yuqiang Street and Liye Town) was officially handed over to Harbin New District (Songbei District) for trusteeship, and the Jiangbei Comprehensive Development Zone in Harbin New District was built. This marks that Harbin New District has entered a new stage of "North-South Interactive Development" in Jiangbei Comprehensive Development Zone and Jiangnan Policy Coordination Zone from the period of "three groups development" in Songbei, Hulan and Fangping. Harbin New District is the 6th national new district (the second in Northeast China) approved by the State Council on February 6, 20 15. It is the only national new district with the theme of cooperation with Russia. The planned total area is 493 square kilometers.
