In order to further strengthen the construction of teachers in our city and optimize the structure of teachers, According to Zhejiang Provincial Personnel Department's Notice on Printing and Distributing (Zhejiang Talent [2007]184), * * * Zhejiang Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security's Guiding Opinions on Further Strengthening Open Recruitment of Institutions (Zhejiang People's Social Development [2065] No.438+02), Wenzhou Municipal Education Bureau, Wenzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau's Opinions on Further Standardizing the Open Recruitment of Teachers in Public Schools (Wen [2015] No.22) decided that the education system of Ruian City should recruit 63 public teachers in advance for the 20 18 graduates. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the recruitment target and conditions

(1) The target of recruitment is the 20 18 normal graduates of full-time colleges and universities with teacher qualification certificates, and they meet one of the following conditions:

1. graduates with master's degree or above (undergraduate must be a teacher);

2. Free normal graduates from six normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education, including Beijing Normal University, East China Normal University, Northeast Normal University, Central China Normal University, Shaanxi Normal University and Southwest University;

3. Undergraduate graduates who have won the honor of "three good students" at or above the university level, or have won a second-class scholarship at or above the university level or two third-class scholarships at the university level (limited to one per academic year), or whose comprehensive scores rank in the top 30% of the same major in their school;

4. Undergraduate graduates who have won the third prize and above honors in the teaching skills competition of normal university students at the provincial or national level;

5. Undergraduate graduates majoring in physical education and preschool education (in short supply), or college graduates majoring in preschool education who meet the relevant contents in Item 3 of Paragraph 1 of Article 1 of this announcement.
