Part I: Speech comprehension and expression.
Outline content: Speech comprehension and expression mainly measure the ability of candidates to communicate and think in language and characters, and the ability to quickly and accurately understand the connotation of written materials. Including finding the main information and important details according to the materials; Correctly understand the exact meaning of the specified words and sentences in the reading materials; Summarize the center and theme of reading materials; Judge whether the newly formed sentence is consistent with the original intention of the reading material; Reasonably infer the implied information in the reading material according to the context; Judge the author's attitude, intention, inclination and purpose; Use words accurately and appropriately, etc. Subtle changes: 2007 outline statement: speech understanding and expression focuses on the examinee's ability to understand, analyze, use and express words. The second part: the content of the outline of quantitative relationship: quantitative relationship mainly measures candidates' understanding and grasp of the quantitative relationship between things and their skills in solving quantitative relationship problems, mainly involving the analysis, reasoning, judgment and operation of the relationship between numbers and data. There are two main types of problems. The first question type: numerical reasoning. Each question is given a series, but one is missing. The third part: the content of the outline of judgment reasoning: judgment reasoning mainly measures the analysis and reasoning ability of candidates on various things, involving the understanding, comparison, combination, deduction and induction of graphics, word concepts, relationship between things and written materials. The first type of question: graphic reasoning gives one or two sets of figures for each question, and asks candidates to observe carefully, find out the rules of figure arrangement and choose the one that conforms to the rules. The second question type: define and judge the outline content: each question first gives a definition of a concept, and then lists four situations respectively, requiring candidates to choose answers that meet or do not meet the definition in strict accordance with the definition. The third question type: Analogical reasoning outline content: give a pair of related words, and then ask the candidates to observe carefully and find a pair of words with the closest or similar logical relationship among the alternative answers. The fourth question type: logical judgment outline content: logical judgment. Give a statement for each question. The hypothesis is correct and beyond doubt. Candidates are required to choose the most appropriate answer according to this statement, which should be consistent with the given statement and can be directly deduced from the statement without any additional explanation.
The fourth part: the content of common sense judgment outline: it mainly tests the candidates' legal knowledge application ability, involving constitution, civil and commercial law, administrative law, economic law, criminal law, procedural law and so on.
The fifth part: The content of the data analysis outline: It mainly tests the comprehensive understanding, analysis and processing ability of candidates to various forms of text, graphics, tables and other materials, and usually consists of data, statistical charts, charts and text materials.
There are almost no professional knowledge questions! If professional knowledge is added to the test, it is very difficult to classify and the questions used are also very difficult to deal with. All the tests are simple multiple-choice questions!
