Historical Evolution of Yuncheng Central Hospital

Yuncheng Central Hospital was founded in 1947, formerly known as Taiyue Sanfu People's Hospital. Now it consists of the East Courtyard and the West Courtyard. It is the largest comprehensive hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, health care and rehabilitation in the city. In 2005, it was rated as a "third-class first-class hospital", which is an international emergency rescue network hospital of the Ministry of Health. 20 1 1 was identified as the municipal regional medical center of Shanxi province by the Ministry of Health.

July 1947, 1 is the 26th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC). On this day, with the boom of the Liberation War, the People's Hospital of Taiyue Third Specialized Government, the predecessor of Yuncheng Central Hospital, was born in Xichuanzhuang, Berlin Township, wenxi county.

At that time, under the leadership of President Cheng Zhenshan and Political Commissar Song Zhenshan, the hospital established a people's hospital with regional characteristics on the basis of drug storehouse and absorbed the predecessors of more than 20 medical cooperatives and their available medicines, instruments and furniture. Due to the change of the situation, the hospital moved several times and finally moved to its present place with the liberation of Yuncheng. 1948, the hospital was renamed "Jinnan People's Hospital", and Wenxi Branch, Xiaxian Branch, Cao Zhang Branch, Pinglu Branch, Jiexian Branch and Wanquan Branch were established successively. Subsequently, the hospital was renamed as "Jinnan Specialized Public Hospital", and Yicheng Temporary Specialized People's Hospital admitted more than 30 people.

Since 1948, the hospital has hired famous doctors of Chinese and western medicine to become the technical backbone of various subjects. From 65438 to 0952, the hospital began to receive medical staff who graduated from colleges and universities officially trained by the state. Due to the change of administrative area, the hospital was renamed Anyi People's Hospital, Yuncheng General Hospital, Jinnan Special Yuncheng Hospital and Yuncheng District People's Hospital.

Over the past 60 years, with the care and support of superior leaders and all walks of life, and through the joint efforts of several generations of medical staff, the hospital has grown from scratch to become the largest comprehensive hospital in the city, integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, health care and rehabilitation. It was awarded 1993 "Class III hospital" and 193 "Class III hospital".
