This talent introduction mainly adopts qualification examination, written examination (determined according to the number of job applicants), interview, inspection, physical examination and publicity.

For full-time doctoral students, according to the principle of one person per recruit, they will directly enter the physical examination, assessment and publicity links after passing the qualification examination and interview, without occupying the number of job plans, and use the career establishment according to the actual number of recruits.

(2) Main procedures

1. Make an announcement.

In Jingzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (/www.jzrsks.cn), Jingzhou District People's Government (/www.jzrsks.cn) and Jingzhou District People's Government (/www.jzrsks.cn).

Registration time: February 14, 2023 from 9:00 to March 17: 00.

Each candidate can only choose one position to register, and the ID card used for registration and examination must be the same. It is not allowed to apply for two positions with the old and new ID cards respectively.

3. Preliminary qualification examination.

This exam adopts online synchronous qualification preliminary examination, and the preliminary examination time is from 9:00 on February 14, 2023 to March 18: 00.

After the applicants register, the recruitment unit and its competent department will conduct online qualification examination, and candidates can simultaneously check the preliminary qualification examination results.

Candidates are requested to register in advance as far as possible and check the results of preliminary qualification examination in time. Candidates who fail to pass the preliminary qualification examination may re-fill or change the report according to the job requirements.

After the registration system is closed on March 1 day 17:00, those who fail the preliminary qualification examination will not be able to change their registration.

5. Qualification examination.

Recruiting units and their competent departments shall conduct qualification examination of qualified personnel in the first instance, and candidates participating in the qualification examination shall provide the following materials:

6. Interview.

The interview is conducted in a structured way, and there is no interview opening ratio.

In the interview process, according to the characteristics of the recruitment position, different forms of propositions are classified and organized, mainly to evaluate the professional knowledge, professional ability and work skills of the candidates suitable for the position, and to test the comprehensive quality and related ability of the candidates and the ability to comprehensively use professional knowledge to solve practical problems in the work.

From the date of publication of the interview announcement to the end of the interview, if the interview finalists abstain, they will not be replaced.
