I think it applies not only to people's feelings, such as friendship, love and affection, but also to communication. Yes, it is precisely because everyone has paid a lot of sweat, time and energy here that they have given the association a fresh life and made everyone cherish their days in the association more, and I am also a member of the association family. In the past six months, I personally received ten special sessions, helped to receive a dozen special sessions, helped to build a talent group, and worked as a special dispatcher for nearly a month. As the on-site general dispatcher, I participated in the online application special session of the elite training camp in the workplace, and also participated in the organization and reception of the large-scale job fair of the Employment Office. It can be said that I spent a lot of time and energy in the association. Can I not cherish it? It is this strong love and cherish that prompted me to decide to stand for election, because it will have a broader platform, which will allow me to express my passion more freely, contribute my strength to the development of the association, and at the same time improve myself.

Of course, I also know that enthusiasm is not enough. I have the following advantages for the position of director of the school recruitment center:

1. Highly identify with the culture of the association. The association takes family culture as the center, believes in making friends before doing things, and takes service and growth as two support points. In fact, any organization unites people by its values, even if individuals make friends by the consistency of values, and the values of the association are the culture of the association. Napoleon said: in the war, the ratio of spirit to matter is three to one, which also reflects the recognition of the importance of communication culture from the side, and I have done this.

2. Clear functional orientation, familiar with the department's business. I think the role of school recruitment has two parts. One is to serve campus recruitment, including special sessions, big job fairs and intern job fairs. The second is to promote the growth of team members, including the improvement of execution, creativity and leadership, specifically the improvement of communication ability, thinking mode and professional skills, so as to improve everyone's employment competitiveness. In addition, after half a year's training, I have been basically familiar with the whole business process and implementation details. The most important thing is to establish friendly relations with all members of the department and make friends with many people in life. Their support and encouragement is also an important reason for me to participate in this election.

3. Personal style with a sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for work. I think these two points should be discovered by everyone in the past six months. I won't do everything, because I am not a superman, but once I promise, I will try my best to do it well and try my best to be perfect, because I find that even a small thing is hard to be perfect, but we can get close to it. I hope my life footprint is an asymptote. I firmly believe that only paranoia can succeed, so I like to be passionate in my work. I think this will help to mobilize the enthusiasm of the whole team, so as to complete the task with good quality and quantity.

Having said so many advantages, of course I also have shortcomings. Sometimes it gives people an impetuous feeling. Once enthusiasm comes up, it is easy to ignore the feelings of others and so on. These are exactly what I need to correct in the days to come.

If I succeed in the election, I will do the following work and make a promise to you here.

1. Conscientiously implement the decisions made at the association level, and complete the school's own recruitment.

2. Further improve the standardization work of this department.

3. Carry out and organize learning and exchange activities inside and outside the department (English corner, case study of similar groups, informal sharing and exchange).
