First, the scope and object of recruitment
For the 2006-2008 Wujiang nationality or Wujiang hukou full-time college graduates with college degree or above. Normal graduates with full-time college degree or above and primary school teacher qualification can apply for primary school teacher positions.
Second, the recruitment conditions
1. Volunteer to be a teacher and love teaching.
2. You must have a teacher qualification certificate.
3. Meet the professional, academic and ability requirements specified in the recruitment position.

Three. Registration method, time and place
Applicants should hold graduation certificate, teacher qualification certificate, employment recommendation form for graduates from normal universities, employment agreement, ID card, household registration book or household registration transfer certificate, English or art test certificate and other related originals and copies, as well as two recent 1 inch bareheaded color photos in July 2008.

At the time of registration, the applicants themselves fill in the "Application Form for Recruiting Primary and Secondary School Teachers by Wujiang Education Bureau" and submit it to the staff of the registration office. Applicants can only choose to apply for one subject, and once the subject is determined, it cannot be changed. Those who pass the preliminary examination can get the admission ticket on the spot.
The original valid grade certificate provided by cross-professional applicants for English and pre-school education posts shall be kept by the Education Bureau for re-examination of the certificate. If you do not enter the interview, the original certificate will be returned to the applicant after the written test results are announced; If you enter the interview, the original certificate will be returned to the applicant after the double-election meeting.
According to the spirit of the document "Reply of the Provincial Price Bureau and the Provincial Department of Finance on Defining the Examination Fee Policy for Open Recruitment of Staff in Institutions" (Su Jia Han Fei [2007]146), the written examination fee is charged for candidates who take the written examination, and the interview fee is charged for candidates who enter the interview, 100 yuan/person.
Applicants from urban and rural families who enjoy the national minimum living guarantee shall go through the formalities of reducing or exempting the examination fee with the minimum living guarantee certificate and low guarantee (original and photocopy) issued by Wujiang Civil Affairs Bureau.
Considering the great difference between supply and demand between disciplines, the above candidates are allowed to apply for English and preschool education. Non-English major graduates who apply for the post of English teacher should have a CET-4 certificate (above 425 points); In addition to preschool education and art majors, other majors applying for preschool education positions must have art test certificates (musical instruments, vocal music, dance, art, etc.). ) level 6 and above; Normal graduates majoring in physics, chemistry and biology can apply for technical teacher positions. Normal graduates majoring in educational technology and primary education with a minor in computer science can apply for the post of computer teacher. Normal graduates majoring in primary education can apply for Chinese or math teacher positions. Teachers' graduates with college degree or above and primary school teacher qualification can apply for corresponding professional teacher positions. Fourth, the exam.
Applicants should take the examination organized by the Education Bureau. The examination forms are written examination and interview, and the written examination and interview scores each account for 50%. The main contents of written examination are pedagogy, psychology, educational laws and regulations, teachers' basic knowledge and necessary skills; The interview mainly tests the teaching ability and professional quality of candidates. The specific time and place of written test and interview will be notified separately.
According to the number of recruitment positions in each subject (group), the ratio of 1: 1.5 (if there are decimals rounded off) will be adopted for the interview. If the ratio of the number of recruits to the number of applicants is less than 1: 1.5, the score for passing the interview is 60 points.
A large number of students are recruiting English subjects in primary schools this year. During the interview, candidates choose their own groups and interview in groups.
Fifth, the dual choice
According to the ranking of candidates' total test scores from high to low (those with the same total interview scores rank first), candidates are determined according to the number of positions in each subject, and physical examination is organized. According to the physical examination items and standards stipulated in the Notice of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education on Doing a Good Job in Physical Examination of Teachers' Qualifications (Su Jiao [2002] No.59), those who pass the physical examination are qualified. Vacancies caused by unqualified physical examination shall be filled in order from high to low according to the total score. According to the principle of "supply and demand meet, two-way selection, competition for posts, and merit-based employment", candidates who enter the double-election meeting can contact at most two schools for negotiation, and the recruitment school can reach employment intention with the candidates. After the examination and publicity, the employment formalities shall be handled, and the individual and the employer shall sign the employment contract of the institution.
Teachers who apply for and enroll in pre-school education and primary education posts, as well as teachers engaged in primary education and secondary education (pre-school education), once hired, may not be transferred to primary and secondary school teachers. Teachers who apply for interdisciplinary positions shall apply for and obtain the qualifications of teachers in the corresponding disciplines within one year of probation, and teachers who have not obtained the qualifications of teachers in the corresponding disciplines shall not apply for regular grading; If a teacher fails to obtain the qualification of the corresponding subject within three years, the employment contract will not be renewed.
The newly hired personnel are represented by personnel, and participate in the career pension insurance, with a one-year probation period. If you don't pass the probation period, find another job yourself.
Discipline and supervision of intransitive verbs
If the certificate provided by the applicant proves that there is fraud or cheating in the examination process, and the written test results are verified after the announcement, the interview qualification will be cancelled, but the number of interviews will not be replenished; Those who have been admitted will be disqualified. Such personnel are not allowed to apply for the exam within three years.
