20 13 Shanghai Public Security System Grassroots People's Police Recruitment Announcement

According to the needs of Shanghai to strengthen the management of large suburban residential communities and urbanized areas and further enrich the grass-roots public security management and law enforcement forces, according to the Civil Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Provisions on the Employment of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation), the Organization Department of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security and the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Civil Servants decided to openly recruit 700 people's policemen (including 70 women) at the grass-roots level in the public security system for large suburban residential communities and urbanized areas. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Application conditions

(1) Having People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality;

(2) Having a bachelor degree or above;

(3) Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC);

(4) Having good conduct;

(5) Having the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;

(six) have the ability to meet the requirements of the post;

(seven) have other qualifications required by the central and municipal departments in charge of civil servants.

According to the Civil Service Law and its related regulations, the on-the-job civil servants who have served for 2 years (including probation period) but are still in the service period of 5 years and the staff of institutions managed by the Civil Service Law must be approved by their respective organs (units).

Outstanding non-fresh graduates recruited for the whole country must have a master's degree or above and meet the conditions for talent introduction in Shanghai.

Persons under any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply for the exam: those who have been criminally punished for crimes and those who have been expelled from public office; those who have been found to have serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud during the recruitment of central and local civil servants, active servicemen, non-fresh graduates and civil servants with less than two years' service (including probation period); those who have been expelled for less than five years; and those who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants according to the law. Applicants are also not allowed to apply for the job in avoidance relationship.

Second, the examination registration method

(1) Recruitment position

(2) Online registration

This exam is conducted by online registration. The registration time for written examination is from 9: 00 on August 1 Sunday to 5 August 12: 00. The registration websites are the website of Shanghai Civil Service Bureau (www.shacs.gov.cn) and Shanghai "265438+ Century Talent Network" (www.2 1cnhr.gov.cn).

Implement a notification system. When registering, applicants must truthfully fill in the Registration Information Form for the Basic People's Police Examination of Shanghai Public Security System according to the published registration conditions and job requirements, and upload their recent bareheaded electronic photos (recent bareheaded front photos in jpg format, with the height within the range of 105 to 2 10 pixels, the width within the range of 75 to 150 pixels, and the size within 50 pixels). Applicants must use the second-generation ID number to register, and the ID number used for registration and examination must be the same.

Applicants should be responsible for the personal information materials registered online and the uploaded electronic photos. (3) Online payment

After completing online registration and uploading electronic photos, online payment can be made. Online payment time is from 9: 00 on August 6th, 1 to August 5th 18: 00. Applicants who have successfully paid the fee should download and print the admission ticket from 9: 00 to 18: 00 on August 28th.

Poor rural college students and urban residents who intend to enjoy the relevant examination fee reduction and exemption do not pay the internet fee. Applicants in this city shall rely on the poor proof (original) and the Notice of Social Assistance (copy) issued by the civil affairs departments above the street (township), and applicants from other provinces and cities shall rely on the proof (original) and low guarantee (copy) issued by the civil affairs departments of the counties (districts, cities) where their families are located. Applicants from rural poverty-stricken families have completed their registration online, uploaded photos correctly, and selected applicants with registration number 14: 00-65440 on August 5, and applied for "exemption and exemption of relevant examination fees" with the poverty alleviation certificate (original) and basic information file card (copy) issued by the poverty alleviation office (office) of the county (district, city) where their families are located. Third, the examination method and content

This exam is divided into written test and interview.

The written test includes public subjects and professional subjects. The scope of the examination shall be subject to the "Shanghai Public Security System Grassroots People's Police Examination Outline". The examination syllabus is published on the website of Shanghai Civil Service Bureau and Shanghai "2 1 Century Talent Network". Public subjects include "Administrative Professional Ability Test" and "Application". The major subject is politics and law.

The written test time is August 3 1, and the specific arrangements are as follows:

Candidates should take the exam on time according to the time and place determined on the admission ticket. Be sure to bring your admission ticket and ID card when you take the exam.

Fourth, the interview

According to the total written test scores of candidates for recruitment positions, the municipal civil servant authorities rank them from high to low, and determine the list of interviewers according to the ratio of the total number of recruitment positions 1:3. From September 29th 10:00, the scores and written test results of qualified candidates will be published on the website of Shanghai Civil Service Bureau and Shanghai "2 1 Century Talent Network".

The specific interview time is determined by the recruiting unit. During the interview, I must provide my ID card, student ID card (work permit), the original application information form of candidates and other supporting materials required by relevant recruitment units. Those who lack the above documents and materials may not participate in the interview in principle. The identification of outstanding college graduates (Selected Graduates) selected by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Education and Health Work Party Committee, college graduates with "three supports and one support", college graduates hired to work in villages, volunteers who have expired the volunteer service plan in the western region and passed the examination, and those who have worked as full-time counselors in colleges and universities for four years and passed the examination shall be identified by the corresponding competent departments. If the main information of the relevant materials is untrue, the recruiting unit has the right to cancel the qualification of the applicant to participate in the interview.

During the interview, according to the Physical Fitness Assessment Items and Standards of People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs (Provisional) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2011] No.48), the recruiting unit will organize physical fitness assessment, and applicants must participate in and pass the physical fitness assessment of People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) physical examination and investigation

After the interview, the candidates for physical examination and inspection will be determined in the order of high comprehensive scores. The calculation method of comprehensive score is: written test score accounts for 40%, interview score accounts for 60%.

The recruiting unit will organize qualified interviewers to go to the physical examination institution designated by the municipal competent department of civil servants for physical examination in accordance with the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Special Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).

Those who pass the physical examination will be comprehensively investigated by the Shanghai Public Security Bureau in terms of their political ideology, moral quality and post qualifications.

Sixth, publicity.

The personnel to be hired shall be selected by the recruiting unit according to the prescribed procedures and standards from those who have passed the examination, physical examination and inspection, and shall be publicized on the website of Shanghai Civil Service Bureau and Shanghai "2 1 Century Talent Network". The publicity content includes the name, gender, admission ticket number, unit or graduate school of the person to be hired. Seven. Employment method

If there is no objection after publicity on the website of Shanghai Civil Service Bureau and Shanghai "2 1 Century Talent Network", the formalities for examination and approval of civil service recruitment shall be handled in time.
