There are 289 in-service teachers in Lishu No.1 Middle School, including 79 senior teachers and 0/27 intermediate teachers. They are young, knowledgeable, experienced, skilled in teaching and dedicated, and most of them have rich experience in high school teaching and guiding the college entrance examination; In the past two years, the school has recruited 37 new college students to supplement the teaching staff, which has injected new blood and added new vitality to the teaching staff.

The school implements the system of "one evaluation and three examinations" for the assessment of teachers' work. "Evaluation" means "evaluation of teachers' morality", which is evaluated by students, parents and school leaders in the form of scoring; The "three tests" are "professional quality test", "teaching process assessment" and "teaching performance assessment". The school rewards teachers with outstanding achievements. By the end of 2007, our school has been rated as national excellent teachers 10, 40 provincial advanced teachers, municipal model workers, excellent teachers and advanced workers.
