I. Introduction Plan
This time, Quanzhou institutions introduced urgently needed talents 130 people, including 64 in prefectures and 66 in counties and cities. For details of the number of imported talents, specific professional requirements and post conditions, please refer to the Post Requirements Table for Introducing Talents in Urgent Need and Shortage in Gannan Prefecture of Gansu Province in 2022 (Annex 65,438+0).
Second, introduce the object.
The target of introduction is qualified college graduates and on-the-job personnel. (Staff of institutions in Gannan Prefecture can only apply for positions 027 and 028)
Third, the introduction conditions
(1) basic conditions
Adhere to excellent academic performance and highlight political standards. Applicants must meet the following basic conditions:
1. Having the nationality of People's Republic of China (PRC) (People's Republic of China (PRC)), enjoying the basic political rights of citizens, supporting the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), China's leadership and socialist system, abiding by the law, having firm political quality, good conduct and comprehensive quality, and voluntarily working in Gannan;
2. Undergraduate under 30 years old (born on or after May 3 1992); Master's degree, with intermediate or above titles under the age of 35 (born on or after May 3 1987); Doctoral students and medical staff with intermediate titles or above are 45 years old and below (born on or after May 3 1977);
3. Applicants must obtain both a diploma and a degree certificate. General education posts must have the corresponding teacher qualification certificate, the certificate of primary and secondary school teachers' qualification examination issued by the examination center of the Ministry of Education within the validity period or the certificate of teachers' professional ability in normal schools within the validity period, and also have the Putonghua grade certificate (Chinese subjects must reach Grade II A or above, and other subjects must reach Grade II B or above); On-the-job personnel should meet the minimum service life requirements in the original unit;
4. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;
5. Meet other conditions required for the introduction of posts.

Fourth, introduce the procedure.
(1) Online Registration
1. Registration time. From the date of announcement to the end of June 20 18: 00, registration will not be accepted after the deadline, and registration will not charge any fees. Each person is limited to one position, and applying for multiple positions is considered invalid.
2. Registration method. Candidates download and fill in the Application Form for Introducing Talents in Urgent Need and Shortage in Gannan in 2022 (Annex 2, word format) from the official account of "Working in Gannan League", and indicate the position they are applying for. They will be packaged together with the recent 2-inch bareheaded front photo (jpg format, within 20kb) and other required materials (made into electronic documents, processed in jpg format, and controlled within 6M) and sent to the employer's mailbox (see Annex 650). 3. Required materials. On-the-job personnel of organs, institutions and state-owned enterprises should also provide certificates of professional titles, scientific research achievements and units' consent to registration. Returned overseas students should also provide foreign academic degree certificates certified by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education.
(2) Qualification examination
The employing unit and the competent department shall be responsible for the preliminary qualification examination, organize the human and social departments to conduct qualification review, and the results of qualification review shall be notified by the employing unit by mail. The qualification examination is mainly based on the materials provided by the candidates, accounting for 30% of the total score. Those who fail the qualification examination will be disqualified from the interview examination. Audit runs through the whole process of talent introduction.
(3) Interview evaluation
1. Interview time. The specific time and place will be announced separately. In principle, the interview and assessment work will be completed before the end of July (due to irresistible factors such as epidemic situation, it will be postponed appropriately). Please keep the telephone number open for 24 hours and contact the employer in time.
2. interview method. Take a structured interview to quantify the scores of the interviewees. The interview content includes professional quality, professional ability, ideological and political performance, work (study) performance and so on. Interview score 100%. If one score and one minimum score are removed, if the interview score is lower than 80, it will be considered unqualified and will not be introduced. Those who pass the interview are sorted from high to low in total score (interview score accounts for 70%, comprehensive evaluation accounts for 30%), and those with total score below 80% are not introduced. If the total score is the same, it shall be determined according to the order of comprehensive evaluation score from high to low. If the interview and comprehensive evaluation are the same, try again to determine the ranking.
3. interview requirements. Interviewers attend the interview with valid identity documents and interview notices. Those who lack one of the above documents are not allowed to participate in the interview. Interviewers should do personal protection according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control.

(4) Physical examination
Interviewers shall conduct physical examination in general hospitals at or above the county level according to the civil service physical examination standards (at their own expense). If re-examination is required according to regulations, it shall not be carried out in the original medical examination hospital, and the re-examination can only be carried out 1 time. The results shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion. Those who fail to attend the physical examination at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
(5) Investigation
According to the requirements of job introduction, the employer takes various forms to conduct a comprehensive investigation on the political ideology, moral quality and professional ability of the candidates. The investigation was conducted in various ways, such as consulting files, checking documents, on-the-spot investigation, and talking, to investigate whether the applicants met the prescribed post qualifications, whether the relevant information materials provided were true and accurate, and whether there was any job avoidance. In accordance with the relevant regulations, the subjects' files were strictly examined, and the files were disqualified for problems such as material fraud and false personal experience.
Those who fail to pass the physical examination or inspection or give up their qualifications will be replenished in equal amount according to the order of the total score from high to low after approval (if the interview score or the total score is less than 80 points, they will not be replenished), and the physical examination or inspection link will only be replenished once.
(6) Employment publicity
For those who pass the medical examination and inspection, they will be publicized on the official account of "Gannan Group Work" WeChat for 5 working days. The probation period for introducing talents is 1 year, and those who fail to pass the probation period will be disqualified. Graduates of the class of 2022 will arrange jobs after obtaining diplomas and degree certificates. If you can't provide graduation certificate, degree certificate and other documents before signing the employment contract, your employment qualification will be cancelled and the vacancy will not be filled.
