1. Recruitment positions and number of people

3. Recruitment Procedures

(1) Publish recruitment information

Through the website of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security (www.sdhrss.gov.cn), Shandong College Graduates Employment Information Network (www.sdbys.cn), "Maritime Shandong" (www.hssd.gov.cn) and other related websites release recruitment information to the public.

(2) Registration and qualification review

Applicants should log on to the relevant website to download and fill in the "Application Registration Form" (Attachment 2) as required, and submit it together with your personal information before May 31 Send your resume to the corresponding recruiting unit. The Human Resources Department will work with each recruiting unit to conduct a preliminary qualification review of the applicants. Applicants who have passed the preliminary qualification review shall submit relevant certification materials and two recent 1-inch bareheaded photos of the same background to the employer within the specified time according to the notification requirements for qualification re-examination. (3) Examination

According to the relevant regulations on open recruitment in provincial institutions, upon approval, direct interviews with simplified procedures will be adopted for intermediate positions recruited for doctoral students. Those who enter the interview scope will be determined based on the number of qualified people who have passed the qualification review. The interview will be conducted in the form of a defense, which mainly examines the professional level, comprehensive analysis ability, language expression ability, foreign language proficiency of the applicant that is suitable for the position to be applied for, etc. The interview time for each candidate generally does not exceed 30 minutes. The interview sets a passing score. After the interview for each position, the interview results will be announced by the examiner on the spot to all interviewers for the position.

(4) Physical examination and assessment

According to the recruitment position, according to the total score of the applicant, from high score to low score, the proportion of 1.2 times the number of recruits will be determined to enter the scope of physical examination. Candidates will be selected and physical examinations will be organized in equal amounts. The vacancies caused by those who fail the physical examination can be filled in equal amounts sequentially from other personnel who enter the physical examination scope for the same position. The physical examination is conducted in provincial hospitals and is carried out in accordance with the general physical examination standards for civil servant recruitment. Each recruiting unit sets up an assessment working group to assess the ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability, work performance and other aspects of the personnel to be hired, and review their qualifications. If an applicant is found to have filled out the form incorrectly and does not meet the application requirements, his or her qualifications will be cancelled.

(5) Public announcement of employment

For those candidates who have passed the examination, assessment and physical examination, they will be publicly announced on the website of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. If the employment conditions are met, a "Registration Notice for Recruitment by Public Institutions" will be issued.
