If unpaid blood donors donate blood cumulatively 1000 ml, I will enjoy free medical blood for clinical use for life. 3. Spouses, parents and children of unpaid blood donors can enjoy free blood use equal to the amount of blood donated by blood donors when using blood in medical clinics. Voluntary blood donors who need blood for medical clinical use in this city shall enjoy the above preferential policies with their "Resident Identity Card" and "Voluntary Blood Donation Certificate"; If the spouse, parents and children of unpaid blood donors need blood for medical clinical use, they must also provide valid certificates or proof of their relationship with unpaid blood donors before they can enjoy the above preferential policies.

Article 18 of the Blood Donation Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that any of the following acts shall be banned by the health administrative department of the local people's government at or above the county level, and the illegal income shall be confiscated and a fine of not more than 100,000 yuan may be imposed; If the case constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law: (1) illegally collecting blood; (2) Blood stations and medical institutions sell blood donated without compensation; (3) illegally organizing others to sell blood.
