Achievements of Shandong Zheng Tie Engineering Test Center Co., Ltd.

Mainly participated in the new construction, double-track reconstruction and electrified railway reconstruction of Qinghai-Tibet, Huai Yu, Jiaoxin, Ji Jiao, Shenshuo, Xijing, Liu Zhan, Yiwan, Dacheng, Xiangpu and Guiguang, as well as the test and inspection of several railway projects such as Qinshen, Wu Guang, Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong, Shitai, Harbin-Dalian, Shiwu, Chengmianle, Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and Yungui;

Has participated in Qing Ji, Jide, Zhu Jing, Lin Hong, canal river, Ji Tai, Taiqu, Lessing, Tongsan, Jinan Ring Road, Heguan, Qing Ji South Line, Qingyinshan East Section, Rongwushan East Section, Jihe, Shangde and other expressway sections, as well as 206 National Highway, Binzhou Yellow River Bridge, Qingdao Cross-sea Bridge, Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay Submarine Tunnel and other projects.

Large-scale field laboratories have been set up in national key railway projects such as Qinshen, Qinghai-Tibet, Wuhan-Guangzhou, Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong, Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, Xiangpu, Shiwu, Guiguang, Chengmianle, Ningqi and Yungui.

2. Participate in the test project:

Highway engineering: foundation load test, low strain of pile foundation, acoustic wave transmission test, bridge (slab) static load test, tunnel lining quality and asphalt pavement construction thickness detection of expressway projects such as Qing Ji South Line, Jihe, Heguan, Rongwu East Section, Jinshan East Section, Yin Qing Jinan North Ring Road and Wei Wu Branch Line; Static load test of concrete components such as Road 9 in Tai 'an High-tech Development Zone, single span and whole bridge of concrete bridge, ultrasonic rebound of concrete strength and comprehensive detection of core samples. High-low strain static load test of foundation piles in southern coastal highway of Rizhao: appraisal and reinforcement of old bridge of Yihe Bridge in Linyi; load test of whole bridge of Haier Road overpass in Qingdao. Participated in the completion acceptance of Qingdao Binhai Highway North Section Project, Binzhou Yellow River Highway and Railway Bridge Project and Jinan Yellow River Highway Third Bridge Project.

Railway engineering: nondestructive testing of foundation piles in railway engineering such as Qinghai-Tibet, Xiang-Yu double track and Dacheng; Torque test of bolted welded beam of steel bridge in Xinchang and other railway projects, core sample inspection of powder jet grouting pile. Low-strain, composite foundation bearing capacity and coring test of Ji Jiao Railway: low-strain detection of pile foundation and tunnel lining quality detection of Yiwan Railway; identification of old bridge of Anqing Petrochemical Railway; comprehensive detection of subgrade bridge filling quality by K30, Evd, EV2 and deep core instrument.

High-speed railway engineering: nondestructive testing of foundation piles, foundation geophysical prospecting, tunnel advance prediction and lining quality testing, load test of foundation piles and composite foundation, and core drilling testing of foundation piles in Qinhuangdao-Shenyang, Yongtaiwen, Wenfu, Wu Guang and Shitai railways.

Port engineering: high, low strain and static load test of pile foundation, comprehensive test of foundation and pile of Yantai Ferry and No.8 coal wharf of Qingdao Port, dynamic and static cone penetration test of dynamic compaction foundation, pore water pressure test, etc.

Housing construction projects: Jinan Weidong Xindu, Spring Garden and Paris Garden; Dongying Ginza Shopping Mall and Phase II Residential Building in Xinzhen Town, New District; Binzhou Sitong Trade City; Jiabao Residential Area, Zouping Economic Development Zone; Size, strain and load tests of foundations and pile foundations of some buildings in Shandong, such as the comprehensive building of Nanhua Cultural and Sports Center of Heze Municipal Bureau of Culture and Sports and the West Station.

In other special tests, we mainly participated in the following projects:

Bridge engineering: mainly the inspection and evaluation of old bridges: (1) load test and reinforcement technology of the whole bridge of Laoyihe Bridge in Yishui County; The lever loading method of reaction beam is selected to carry out the static load test of bridge. (2) Evaluate and inspect the old bridge of the Erhua overpass in Zibo Qilu Petrochemical Company, and provide a reasonable reinforcement and repair scheme. (3) Inspection of old bridges and culverts in Shugang Road, Wei Ru, Weihai. (4) Inspection of Rizhao Port Railway Bridge.

Main monitoring, inspection, evaluation and acceptance bridges:

(1) Load test of Qingdao Shandong Road Overpass and expressway Bridge from Anshan Road to Hangzhou Branch Road; (2) Weihai Wendeng pedestrian landscape stone arch bridge; (3) Static and dynamic load test of a contract overpass from Jimo to Pingdu in expressway; (4) Static and dynamic load test of a contract ramp bridge in Jilai section of expressway, Qing Ji; (5) Tianjin Ziyahe Bridge construction monitoring. (6) Construction monitoring of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway bridge and expressway bridge from Leshan, Sichuan to Yibin.

Tunnel engineering: mainly completed the nondestructive testing of Kaiyuan Temple, Xiajingzhuang and Mengjiazhuang tunnels in Jinan Tourism Road; Monitoring and measurement, initial support nondestructive testing, section testing, mortar anchor rod testing and lining nondestructive testing of tunnels such as Changchengling, upstream and Yan Yige of Jilai Road; Non-destructive detection of the lining of Huyu and Yiyuan tunnels in Malai Road by ground penetrating radar: detection of lining quality and geological advance prediction of railway engineering tunnels such as Yiwan, Shanghai Zhun, Wenfu, Dacheng, Beijing-Kowloon, Wuhan-Guangzhou, Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong and Liu Zhan double track.

Steel structure: the testing projects undertaken successively include the flat-to-slope project of multi-storey buildings in Qingdao Development Zone; Butt welding of steel columns in reconstruction project of Qilihe community casting workshop in Jinan: steel structure project of Longquan villa gate of Shandong Normal University; Jinan International Airport Terminal Steel Structure Project; Butt welds of steel pipe piles in Qingdao Bay Bridge trestle project: Jinan East Bus Station footbridge and Huada footbridge; Steel structure of Ji Jiao Railway Zibo Electrification Station: steel structure column and roof beam of Jinan Railway Station canopy reconstruction project: steel structure of locomotive maintenance shed in Jinan Locomotive Depot: steel roof of jinan military area command medicinal materials warehouse changed from flat to sloping; 723 19 Army Warehouse Reconstruction Steel Structure Project and Shanshi Small Steel Structure Corridor Project; Steel structure project of commercial street in the new campus of Jinan University; Teaching building project of primary school affiliated to Jinan Normal School; Jinan administrative assets operation company service building and other projects; Thickness detection of steel structure and anticorrosive coating in taishan station reconstruction project: nondestructive detection of steel structure, thickness detection of anticorrosive coating and strength detection of high-strength bolts in the trestle project of Bay Bridge.
