If the immediate family members have criminal records and serve their sentences, their children will generally not be affected in the civil service political review and Selected Graduates political review; Immediate family members with criminal records are serving their sentences or being put on file for investigation, and their children cannot take the civil service and Selected Graduates examinations;

3. The immediate family members have committed major criminal acts, such as crimes that seriously endanger public security, crimes that endanger national security, and serious violent crimes. (2) Being expelled from public office.

4. Civil servants

Twenty-fourth the following persons shall not be employed as civil servants:

(1) Having received criminal punishment for committing a crime;

(2) Being expelled from public office;

(3) Being expelled from public office;

9. Police

Twenty-sixth in any of the following circumstances, shall not serve as the people's police:

(1) Having received criminal punishment for committing a crime;

(2) Being expelled from public office.
