What qualifications are needed to apply for the Chongqing Military Civilian Examination?

The 2020 military civilian examination announcement has not yet been released. Take the 2019 examination as an example:

1. Recruitment targets

The recruitment targets for military civilian personnel are ordinary higher education School graduates or social talents. Among them: graduates from ordinary colleges and universities include fresh graduates and non-fresh graduates. Fresh graduates refer to graduates who graduated in 2019 and obtained the corresponding diplomas and degree certificates before September 30 of that year; non-fresh graduates refer to those who graduated in 2019 and obtained corresponding diplomas and degree certificates before September 30 of that year; If a job unit is not confirmed within the two-year career selection period, the household registration, files, and organizational relationships will still be retained in the original school where they graduated, or they will be retained in the graduate employment authorities at all levels (graduate employment guidance service centers), talent exchange service agencies at all levels, and various Graduates of level 1 public employment service agencies.

The targeted recruitment candidates are military martyrs, spouses and children of military personnel who died in the line of duty, and spouses of active military personnel.

2. Application conditions

(1) Political conditions. Applicants should meet the political conditions specified in the "Regulations on Political Assessment of Civilian Personnel Recruited by the Military".

(2) Academic qualifications. Applicants should have a full-time undergraduate degree or above from a general institution of higher learning. Those applying for positions in difficult remote areas, islands, Tibet, and special positions do not have full-time requirements. Units stationed in difficult and remote areas, islands, and Tibet are recruiting military martyrs, spouses and children of soldiers who died in the line of duty, and spouses of active military personnel. In addition to teaching, scientific research, engineering, and medical professional and technical positions, the academic requirements for application can be relaxed to a college degree. Those applying for nursing positions can have a college degree or above.

(3) Qualification conditions. Applicants should have the professional technical qualifications and vocational qualifications required for the recruitment position. Unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations, there are no qualification requirements for applicants who apply for entry-level professional and technical positions, and for doctoral students who apply for intermediate professional and technical positions.

(4) Physical conditions. Applicants should meet the standard conditions stipulated in the "General Physical Examination Standards for Military Employment of Civilian Personnel (Trial)".

(5) Age conditions. Those who apply for management positions below department-level deputy positions or junior professional and technical positions must be no more than 35 years old; those who apply for full-time management positions at the department level or intermediate professional and technical positions must be no more than 45 years old.

(6) Other conditions. On the premise that the above basic conditions are met, the specific application conditions will be determined by the employer based on the needs of the recruitment positions.

The deadline for calculating the age and academic degree of applicants is September 30, 2019.
