This company lacks human resources department. With the growth of business, the company has continuously expanded the number of employees in recent years, and the number of employees has exceeded 300, but the previous management methods are still implemented. 3. In the control of warehousing logistics, a control system should be established to provide real-time inventory information to the business workshop within a certain period of time. It is necessary to strictly follow the requirements of warehouse management, contact the manufacturer in time for expired goods, and destroy them in time after commitment. Don't pile up in the warehouse, waste the volume of the warehouse, and don't put it with normal goods, which will give people a sense of disorder.
