What will the examiner ask when the teacher interviews?

To know what the examiner will ask in the teacher interview, we need to know the process of the teacher interview first. The interview process of teacher qualification examination and teacher recruitment examination is not exactly the same.

First, the teacher qualification interview process:

(1) Waiting for the exam: Candidates arrive at the test center on time with the interview admission ticket and ID card, and enter the waiting room for the exam.

(2) Topic selection: according to the arrangement of test sites, log in to the interview evaluation software system, and the computer randomly selects questions from the question bank (kindergarten candidates choose 1 question, while other categories only choose 1 question). After the candidate is confirmed, the system prints a list of questions.

(3) Lesson preparation: Candidates enter the lesson preparation room with lesson preparation paper and test paper, write lesson plans (or demonstration activity plans), and prepare lessons for 20 minutes.

(4) Answer the prescribed questions. The examiner randomly selects 2 prescribed questions from the question bank, and the candidates answer them for 5 minutes.

(5) Trial lecture/demonstration: Candidates will give a trial lecture (or demonstration) according to the prepared teaching plan (or activity plan) for 10 minute.

(6) Defense: The examiner will ask questions around the content and test items of the candidate's trial (or demonstration), and the candidate will defend for 5 minutes.

(7) The interviews of candidates in the cultural courses in secondary vocational schools are the same as those in the senior high schools. Candidates who apply for specialized courses and practice instructors in secondary vocational schools need to add 5 minutes of professional knowledge overview when interviewing.

(8) Scoring: The examiner comprehensively scores the candidates' interview performance according to the scoring standard, fills in the interview scoring form, and submits the score through the interview evaluation system after being signed by the team leader.

The part that the examiner will ask questions during the interview is to answer the prescribed questions and make a reply. Generally speaking, the examiner will ask: What qualities do you think an excellent teacher should have? Who is your most respected educator? Why? How do teachers communicate with parents? How should a class teacher coordinate the contradiction between teachers and students? What kind of class teacher do you admire most? What would you do? Do you agree with the view that "students manage themselves"? If two students suddenly fight in class while you are giving a lecture, what will you do as a teacher? Isomorphism problem. It is best to prepare such questions in advance so that they can be answered logically and ideologically during the exam. When defending, the examiner will usually ask questions around your trial (or demonstration) content and test items.

Second, the teacher recruitment examination examiner will ask questions.

The interview forms of teacher recruitment examination are different in different regions. Some are taught in pieces without answering questions, some are taught in pieces while answering questions, and some are taught in lectures. If the lectures and the trial lectures are conducted separately, the examiners will generally not ask questions.
