1. Good ideological and political quality, strong sense of social responsibility, no violation of discipline during school.

system of selection

1. The Youth League Committee organizes an evaluation committee, which is responsible for evaluation and supervision. The school youth volunteer action guidance center is the secretary unit of the evaluation Committee and is responsible for the evaluation organization.

2. Excellent volunteers are recommended by the Youth League Committee of each college, the guidance center of student associations, the office of special action projects, and the organizers of large-scale sports games according to the recommended places, and are produced after being reviewed and selected by the jury. Top Ten Volunteers and Top Ten Volunteer Nomination Awards are recommended by the above organizers from outstanding volunteers, and finally selected by the judging committee.
