Chongqing Changfeng Chemical Plant is a professional chemical enterprise with phosgene and aromatic amine as main intermediates, producing organic fine chemicals and complex compounds, and providing processing services such as phosgenation reaction, and has the right to import and export foreign trade. Invested and built by the Ministry of Chemical Industry during the construction of the 1967 third line, it is a professional chemical plant that uses phosgene as the main raw material to produce new materials for military, chemical and polymer. Now it is a large state-owned enterprise. The factory has twelve workshops and four branches, and now it has formed a high-purity liquid phosgene production system and a large-scale aromatic amine series production system, which is the main production base of special phosgene derivatives in China.

The products provided by the factory include nitrobenzene, aromatic amine series, N- alkylated aromatic amine series products and derivatives, special isocyanate series products, organic acyl chloride series products, thiazole, oxazole, organic carbonate, organic urea, benzophenone series products, polycarbonate and its alloys, polyurethane products, etc. The factory owns the Yangtze River Waterway Wharf, and has offices and product storage areas in Jiangyin and Beijing.

Polyurethane rigid foam is a product of our factory's conversion from military to civilian. The Ministry of Chemical Industry started trial production in our factory on June 1977, and officially put into production on June 1978. It is in a leading position in the domestic cold insulation industry, and has provided all-round services in Xichang satellite, radar, cold storage, oil and gas fields, chemicals, electronics, automobiles, refrigerators and other industries.

Chongqing Qingfeng Chemical Plant is a branch of Chongqing Changfeng Chemical Plant, a national key chemical enterprise. Founded in the late 1970s, it is the largest professional manufacturer of polyurethane series products in Southwest China.

199 1 year, our factory moved from Changshou District to Longxi Town, Yubei District, a key development zone in Chongqing. The new factory covers an area of 15.7 mu, located on the west side of National Highway 2 10, and connected to Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway in the east, with very convenient transportation. It mainly produces polyurethane series and polycarbonate engineering plastics series.

Our products have won a high reputation in China because of their excellent quality. Polyurethane rigid foam, in particular, is one of the new synthetic materials developed rapidly at home and abroad in recent years. It has the excellent characteristics of low density, high specific strength, low thermal conductivity, flame retardant, low temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and is a high-quality heat insulation and sound insulation material. Its construction technology is simple, molding is convenient, and it can be foamed by mechanical continuous foaming or spray foaming, which has the characteristics of fast curing and good self-adhesion. According to customer's requirements, we can change the formula and add auxiliary materials to obtain foam plastics and their synthetic materials with different densities, hardness and strength. At present, it has been widely used in the insulation of oil pipelines, chemical equipment and pipelines, freezers, refrigerated trucks and refrigeration equipment, aviation, shipbuilding, construction, transportation, scientific research, food, national defense, daily life and other fields.

Our products and services

Energy saving is an important issue to be solved urgently in various industries, and using industrial waste heat for heating is one of the effective ways to save energy. At present, many areas are using waste hot water from factories for urban heating in winter, and polyurethane rigid foam plastic is used for heat preservation in transportation pipelines, which has achieved good technical and economic results.

From June 65438 to June 0982, our factory constructed a heating pipeline with a diameter of 630mm for Beijing Thermal Power Company. Practice has proved that the project has short construction period, less investment and good effect.

Since 1978, 257 units in 16 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China have successively used rigid polyurethane foam or raw materials produced by our factory for thermal insulation of oil pipelines, chemical equipment, warehouses and refrigerators, and all of them have achieved satisfactory results.

Daqing Oilfield took the lead in adopting our factory's polyurethane rigid foam as thermal insulation material in China, and applied it to crude oil gathering and transportation pipelines, gathering and transportation stations and chemical equipment, and established four mechanized foam production lines with an annual output of pipelines with a diameter of 60- 1 1400 km. ..

In the aviation industry, the polyurethane rigid foam of our factory is applied to Xichang satellite launch system with its excellent performance, which ensures the success of satellite launch and has won unanimous praise from experts from the Ministry of Space.

In the food industry, our factory has provided polyurethane rigid foam insulation construction for 9000 tons cold storage in the southern suburbs of Chengdu and southwest aluminum processing plant 1000 tons cold storage, and the insulation effect is good.

In the chemical industry, the insulation construction of 2500 liquid ammonia storage tank in Luzhou Natural Gas Chemical Plant was carried out, which provided satisfactory service for the factory.

In 2003, our factory carried out polyurethane rigid foam thermal insulation construction for Chongqing Qiao Rong Real Estate 10km hot spring water main pipeline (diameter 200mm), and the thermal insulation effect was good, which was well received by customers.

Chongqing Changfeng COSCO Engineering Plastic Alloy Factory is one of the independent accounting enterprises of Chongqing Changfeng Chemical Plant, with strong technical force. Professional and technical personnel are engaged in the research and development and production of engineering plastic alloy series products. The enterprise has a twin-screw extrusion unit imported from Germany, with polycarbonate resin (PC) as the main raw material, mainly producing reinforced, modified, flame-retardant and colored polycarbonate alloy series products. At the same time, it also produces a series of modified, reinforced, toughened, flame-retardant and colored products such as engineering plastics polyamide (PA6, PA66), ABS and polypropylene (PP), with a production capacity of 500 ~ 1000 tons/year.

With strong technical force and rich on-site construction experience, we are specialized in R&D and production of polyurethane rigid foam series products and on-site construction of polyurethane rigid foam. The enterprise has a series of products such as polyether polyurethane rigid foam two-component composition, polyurethane rigid foam preform, polyurethane adhesive and so on. , and has the ability of on-site mechanical spraying, pouring construction and on-site manual pouring construction of polyurethane rigid foam.
