English tour guide recruitment

Good morning, sir (or madam or XXX)! My name is Li Hua, I'm from XXX, and I'm very happy to be here. I want to apply for an English tour guide. I like traveling very much, so I know what a person really needs on the trip and how to serve them better. Besides, learning and speaking English is one of my favorite hobbies, so I have a good English foundation. Because I often chat with foreign friends by phone or computer, I can speak fluent English. I am cheerful, quick-thinking and good at communicating with people. I grew up in this city, so I am very familiar with its history and culture.

If it's just an interview, it should be enough, because if you talk too much, the interviewer may really not be interested in listening to your long speech. They just want to hear how your spoken English is, and the rest is your resume and so on, so I think the simpler the better, the easier it is to understand and the more approachable it is.
