In 2023, Liling City, Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province introduced talents.

The introduction target is technical personnel with master's degree or above, or with the title of deputy high school or above. Applicants for academic qualifications must pass the national unified college entrance examination or postgraduate entrance examination, study in domestic ordinary colleges and universities or scientific research institutions undertaking postgraduate education tasks, and keep personal files and organizational relationships in this institution (or scientific research institution) during their studies; Those with foreign academic qualifications must be certified by the Education Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Candidates with professional and technical titles above the subtropical high school do not make this requirement.

6. Full-time non-2023 graduates in active service and ordinary colleges and universities (full-time non-2023 graduates who are studying cannot apply for undergraduate degrees, and so on in other cases);

7 laws, regulations and relevant policies shall not be employed as a national public official.
