Advantages and disadvantages of upward drawing method and continuous casting and rolling

1. Up-drawing method: This production method is to melt electrolytic copper and lead it out directly from the copper tube. The copper tube produced by this process has the advantages of low investment cost, low production cost, high output and low price. Disadvantages: the pipe structure is loose, and it is not resistant to high pressure. It is only suitable for producing small-sized air-conditioning copper pipes.

2. Continuous casting and rolling method: this production method is to directly cast a hollow copper blank after electrolytic copper is melted, and then produce copper tubes through planetary rolling. The copper tube produced by this process has the advantages of low production cost and high production efficiency, but the disadvantage is that the tube has loose structure and high pressure resistance, which limits the production of small-sized air-conditioning copper tubes.
