Later, I resigned after working for less than half a year, because this job was not only stressful, but also poorly paid. And most importantly, the information given by this company when recruiting is different from its own requirements after actual work, and there are many inconsistencies. This feeling of being cheated is really terrible.
After that, I found another job. At that time, I said that the basic salary without responsibility was 4000 yuan. However, after work, I found that this is an irresponsible basic salary, which requires a lot. If I can't finish the task, I will be deducted, and I feel "pitted" again. At the same time, the company said that the high commission is also pitiful. Even if you work hard, your monthly income will not exceed 5000 yuan.
But there is no way. In order to survive, I have to work for a while because my wallet is "empty". After working for nearly a year, I was admitted to a state-owned enterprise. Although the salary is not high, it is very good. The main advantage is that the job is stable and you don't have to worry about being fired from the company.
