Postal enterprises shall purchase compulsory vehicle insurance and third-party liability insurance with an insured amount of not less than 500,000 yuan. Within five years, "private car public assistance" vehicles shall be used for rural e-commerce distribution, mail delivery and collection during working hours, and shall not engage in other passenger and cargo transportation operations.
