Ruili Airlines Co., Ltd. (to be established) was approved by the Civil Aviation Administration on May 20, 20 13, and the preparatory work has been basically completed. Now we apply for the business license of public air transport enterprises. The Southwest Regional Administration of Civil Aviation has completed the preliminary examination. According to the Regulations on Business License of Air Transport Enterprises (DecreeNo. Civil Aviation Administration of China 138), the relevant information is hereby announced as follows:

IX. Preparations for applying for a business license:

1. It has obtained the Notice of Pre-approval of Enterprise Name issued by Yunnan Administration for Industry and Commerce;

2. Articles of association have been formulated;

3. Lee Tae Hotel Branch of Yunnan Communication Co., Ltd. signed a lease contract for office space with it;

4. The National Development and Reform Commission has approved it to purchase two B737-700 and 1 B737-800 aircraft on 20 13-20 14;

5. A ground service agency agreement has been signed with Yunnan Airport Group Co., Ltd.;

6. The airworthiness department approved the external spraying scheme of the aircraft;

7. The Southwest Regional Administration of Civil Aviation has agreed to use 13 1.75MHZ as the channel frequency for traffic management.

8. Yunnan Branch of Southwest Air Traffic Control Bureau of Civil Aviation has agreed in principle to provide civil aviation communication, meteorology and navigation information services;

9. After being officially registered by ICAO, the Air Traffic Control Bureau of the Civil Aviation Administration assigned it a three-character code RLH and a radio call sign (Sendi in Chinese and Sendi in English); IATA assigns it a two-character code DR and a three-character settlement code 299;

10. The Ministry of Transport has approved its general conditions for domestic transportation and relevant ticket samples;

12, 17 pilots, 3 1 maintenance personnel, 17 dispatchers, 34 flight attendants, 7 transporters and 12 safety officers have been recruited;

13. Upon verification by Yunnan Hengxin Certified Public Accountants (capital verification report-Hengxin Yanzi [20 13] No.8-1), the shareholder Yunnan Jingcheng Group Co., Ltd. has paid the registered capital of 600 million yuan in full.

14. According to the Regulations on Emergency Disposal and Family Assistance for Civil Aircraft Flight Accidents (DecreeNo. Civil Aviation Administration 155), a family assistance plan has been formulated.
