After the initial interview, I will be notified until April 7, 2023 (it may be 8 or 9) that my position will be changed to purchasing director. Is it acceptable? In the previous interview, I expected a salary of 8K, which was within the salary range of the job posting.

I bluntly stated that I had only been engaged in secretary-general assistant-related work before and had no purchasing experience. Based on my lack of job experience, I agreed to the salary and stopped interviews with other companies. Usually at this stage, I think I am basically ready to join the job. I have also been interviewed by large enterprises and state-owned enterprises in the past few years. experience.

The next day, HR forced me to provide the salary statement of my previous company. I *** provided two copies. Company A received about 7K after tax, and Company B involved USD, average monthly 12K. Both companies have received background checks, and the situation is true.
However, HR calculated the average salary by taking the salary (after tax), internship salary (after tax), and full-time salary (after tax) from Company A for less than half a month after joining the company, and told me that the average monthly salary was less than 6,500. Unable to meet the requirements, I raised questions: ① Why such an unreasonable calculation, ② Why do you compare my after-tax salary with your company’s pre-tax salary?
HR’s response was: This is the company’s policy.

Company B even refused to acknowledge the high salary, saying it was old and had overseas experience, which was not enough to provide a reference.
Finally, I was told that the group failed to pass the approval and the salary was reduced to 6K, and I agreed. At worst, you can apply again based on your work situation after joining the company.
My salary has dropped by 2K since my first salary negotiation. The group purchasing department called me and conducted an online interview. During the process, the interviewer gave me the answer: Although not Procurement experience, but fortunately, administrative experience. The position is responsible for administrative logistics procurement. You can get started as soon as possible. If you have clear questions and answers and have a good understanding of procurement work, you can be hired. The interview results will be reported to the branch HR.

If I had said from the beginning that the budget for this position was only over 4,000, I would not have considered it at all and wasted so much time and paid so much cost in silence.
The final result is of course: the applicant fails to accept the salary, causing the application to fail, but what does the more than 20 days of delay count? What are the candidates’ energy expectations?
Although I also have problems with not stopping losses in time and lack of social experience.
