In 2023, fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities can register first, and obtain the graduation certificate, degree certificate and relevant qualification certificates required for recruitment positions before August 3, 2023, through written examination, interview, physical examination, inspection and publicity. 5. The positions marked as "only for fresh graduates" in the recruitment conditions are specifically for college graduates in 2023 and those who have not implemented their work units during the career selection period (202 1, graduated in 2022), and other personnel are not allowed to apply. College graduates who have not implemented their work units during the employment period refer to graduates who have not implemented their work units when they leave school and during the employment period stipulated by the state, and whose household registration, files and organizational relations remain in the original graduate school, or stay in graduate employment departments at all levels (graduate employment guidance service centers), talent exchange service institutions at all levels and public employment service institutions at all levels.
