Guang Mei, Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, located in Guangzhou, Guangdong, is one of the eight fine arts colleges in China. The predecessor of the college is Central South Academy of Fine Arts. 1958, with the approval of the State Council, Central South Academy of Fine Arts moved to Guangzhou and changed its name to Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. 198 1 was awarded the first batch of master's degrees in China. 1987 began to recruit foreign, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students.
