In mainland China (except Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macau Special Administrative Region and Taiwan), through Mercedes-Benz authorized dealers since August 30, 2013 Mercedes-Benz brand passenger cars sold on or after 2020 and that are less than 5 years old (calculated from the date of issuance of the new car purchase invoice).

Roadside assistance can be purchased through an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer or by calling a Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance Centre. For vehicles under warranty, the relevant service period is 1 year or 2 years from the date of over-warranty; for vehicles beyond warranty, the relevant service period is 1 year or 2 years from the date of purchase.
