4. Distribution standards:
4.1. Each official employee of the company will be issued two pieces of winter clothes and two pieces of summer clothes every year;

4. Dress requirements for male employees:

5. Dress requirements for female employees

Arrange regular purchases of inventory to ensure timely supply of work clothes. When the actual inventory quantity of a certain type of work clothes is lower than the safety stock quantity (10 sets, except when changing seasons), the purchasing personnel will purchase according to the minimum total purchasing quantity arrangement of the relevant contract signed with the supplier, and reasonably allocate the purchasing quantity of each model. Article 8 Penalty Regulations:

2. Anyone who fails to comply with regulations or does not wear work clothes during working hours will be fined RMB 10 yuan for the first time and RMB 20 yuan for the second time within a month. 3. 4. For departments that do not have a team leader, if employees of the department do not dress according to the company’s requirements during working hours, if there are more than 3 people in the department (exclusive) in a month, For each excess of one person, a fine of RMB 10 will be imposed on the department manager;
5. The fine will be directly deducted from the monthly salary.
6. Once found to be dirty or damaged, you will be punished according to the circumstances; if the work clothes are damaged due to improper personal storage, the individual shall apply to the company for reissue at his own expense.
Article 9 Daily Management, Supervision and Inspection
