2 graduated from a secondary specialized school, obtained the title of secondary primary school teacher and worked in the technical post of secondary primary school teacher for more than three years;

Materials submitted for applying for professional title:

1. Professional and technical post qualification recommendation form in duplicate;

2. One copy of each of the following materials shall be bound in the following order.

(1) copy of graduation certificate.

(2) a copy of the current professional and technical qualification certificate.

(3) A copy of the letter of appointment since taking office.

(4) Continuing education credits from September 2005, teachers are required to teach for less than 5 years 15 points per academic year, and for more than 5 years 10 points per academic year. Teachers who are approved to participate in continuing education to improve their academic qualifications (including postgraduate courses) are awarded 5 credits every year by virtue of their years of study. Primary and secondary school teachers studying and training abroad or outside the province will be rewarded with 5 credits per month according to the training time at school with relevant supporting materials.

(5) Computer certificate requirements: three modules in junior high school (high school) are qualified, and two modules in secondary vocational schools are qualified.

(6) a copy of the teacher qualification certificate.

(7) Copies of awards in education, teaching and scientific research since taking office.

The administrative leaders of all schools should strictly examine the qualifications of applicants. The above materials must be checked against the original. After verification, the verified copy shall be signed, signed by the person in charge and the official seal of the unit.
