I. Recruitment Plan
Zhejiang Provincial Hospital, Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital, Zhejiang Cancer Hospital, Zhejiang Tongde Hospital, Zhejiang Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Zhejiang Academy of Medical Sciences, Zhejiang Medical College, Zhejiang Institute of Dermatology Prevention and Treatment, Zhejiang Blood Center, Zhejiang Medical Academic Exchange Management Center, Zhejiang patriotic health campaign committee Rural Water Improvement Project Office, Zhejiang Medical and Health International Cooperation and Development Center, Zhejiang Medical Science and Technology Education Development Center, etc. Kloc-0/3 unit (see Annex1for details) * * * plans to recruit 236 staff, of which 54 are recruited by each unit. Second, the recruitment target and conditions
1, recruitment scope and target
(1)20 10 fresh doctoral and master students;
(2) Undergraduate graduates 2010;
(3) Some social workers.
2. Recruitment conditions
(1) Be law-abiding, have good conduct, and be willing to perform the obligations of public institution personnel;
(2) good health;
(3) Have academic qualifications, majors and skills that meet the requirements of the recruitment position. Fresh graduates should obtain corresponding academic qualifications and degrees before July 30, 20 10. Social personnel must hold the required academic qualifications and degree certificates;
(4) Have other conditions required for the post.
Three, the provincial health department unified recruitment procedures
Adhere to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit-based, and adopt the methods of online registration, unified examination, strict assessment and merit-based employment. The specific recruitment procedures are as follows:
(1) Registration

After the written test, the written test results will be uniformly delineated by the provincial health department. According to the written test scores of candidates in each recruitment position, the recruiting unit determines the interviewers from high score to low score according to 1: 5, and publishes it on the website of Zhejiang Provincial Health Department. The interview time and place will be notified separately by the recruiting unit.
(3) Interview
20 10 fresh graduates should provide the original and photocopy of employment recommendation form issued by the school, national employment agreement for college graduates, ID card, student ID card and other relevant documents (certificates); Social personnel should provide their ID card, residence booklet, academic certificate, degree certificate, professional and technical qualification certificate, professional qualification certificate and other relevant certificates (certificates) required for recruitment positions. If the certificate (certificate) is incomplete or the provided certificate (certificate) does not meet the qualification for the examination, you may not participate in the interview. Those who fail to participate in the qualification review at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up the interview qualification. Candidates who are included in the interview confirm in writing that they will not participate in the interview or the qualification review is cancelled, and they will be replenished in the recruitment position from high score to low score.
The interview is organized and implemented by each recruitment unit, and the full score of the interview is 100. If the number of people participating in the interview is less than 3 times of the recruitment plan and the interview score is less than 60 points, the recruitment unit may refuse to hire.
(four) to determine the finalists and physical examination and assessment personnel.
After the interview, the total score (full score 100, calculated to two decimal places, mantissa rounded off) is calculated according to the written test score and interview score, each accounting for 50%. If the total score is equal, the one with the highest written test score will be the first. From high score to low score, the physical examination and assessment objects are determined according to the number of recruitment positions 1: 1. Applicants with a total score of less than 60 points shall not be hired by the recruiting unit. The interview score of doctoral students is the total score.
(5) Physical examination and evaluation
Physical examination standards are determined by the recruiting units according to the job requirements and relevant regulations. Applicants who fail to attend the medical examination at the prescribed time and place shall be deemed to have given up the medical examination.
All recruiting units assess those who pass the physical examination from the aspects of ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance. The assessment results are only used as the basis for employment.
If the applicant abandons the medical examination or fails to pass the medical examination, and the assessment conclusion is not suitable for employment, each recruitment unit can make up the interview personnel in the same position from high score to low score.
(6) Publicity and employment
After the physical examination and assessment, the Provincial Health Department will publish the list of candidates on the website of Zhejiang Health Department for 7 days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection, the recruiting unit shall handle the relevant employment procedures according to the regulations. If the personnel to be hired automatically give up the employment qualification, the recruiting unit may recruit from those who apply for the position or the same type of position according to relevant procedures.
Employees must report within the specified time, and those who fail to report within the time limit without justifiable reasons will be disqualified. 20 10 fresh graduates go through the employment formalities with their graduation certificates, and if they cannot obtain the required academic qualifications and degree certificates before July 30, 20/kloc-0, their employment qualifications will be cancelled.
Fourth, the recruitment unit organizes recruitment procedures.
(1) Registration
From the date of announcement to June 5th, 20 10, 10, candidates will send their application materials (detailed resume, ID card, academic certificate, degree certificate, qualification certificate, report card, foreign language grade certificate, graduate recommendation form) to the recruiting unit or email address, and the subject line of the email will indicate "name, position, graduate school, major and institute".
(2) written examination
1. Candidates with master's degree or below must take the written test organized by the unit, and doctoral degree can directly enter the interview.
2. The written test is over, and the specific time will be notified separately. The written test mainly includes the professional knowledge and basic knowledge of the position applied for, with a full score of 100.
(3) Interview
1. Determine 5 interviewers according to the written test scores from high to low. The interview time will be announced after the written test results are announced.
2. Full interview score 100. If the number of people participating in the interview is less than 3 times of the recruitment plan and the interview score is less than 60 points, the recruitment unit may refuse to hire.
