Six, written examination and qualification examination
(1) Written examination
1. Those who pass the preliminary examination will enter the written test. In principle, the ratio between the number of applicants for written examination and the number of recruits shall not be less than 3: 1. If the proportion of written test candidates is less than 3: 1, whether to continue the examination or reduce the number of recruitment plans is decided by the recruiting unit. The exam does not specify counseling materials, nor does it hold or entrust any institution to hold exam counseling training courses.
2. Written test content: public basic knowledge 60%+ writing 40%, total score 100, test time 120 minutes. The written test score accounts for 40% of the total score, and the qualified line of written test score is 55 points. Those below 55 points are not allowed to enter the next link.

(2) Qualification examination
Before the interview, the recruitment leading group will examine the qualifications of the finalists:
1. After the written test results are publicized, the short-listed interviewers shall submit the original documents required for applying for positions within the time specified in the qualification examination. Candidates who fail to participate in the qualification review within the time limit are deemed to have given up the interview qualification automatically, and the interviewers will be replenished according to the written test scores from high to low.
2. The time and place for the qualification review of the finalists will be notified separately.
Eight, interview
The interview takes the form of structured interview, and the interview score accounts for 60% of the total score. The main assessment of candidates' language expression, manners, communication and cooperation, professional ability and other comprehensive abilities. Interview score 100. Candidates who enter the interview should attend the interview at the specified time and place (the specific notice will be notified separately). When participating in the interview, candidates must bring their original valid ID card and admission ticket. Those who fail to attend the interview on time shall be deemed to have given up the interview qualification.
Total interview score 100. If the scores of all interviewers in the recruitment position are lower than 70 points, the recruitment plan for the position will be cancelled. If the interview scores of some personnel in this recruitment position are lower than 70 points, resulting in the failure to recruit the planned number of positions, the number of positions will be reduced accordingly.
For this recruitment position, it is planned to determine the physical examination object according to the ratio of the number of recruitment plans 1: 1, that is, according to the order from high score to low score, the top four (4 people) with total scores will enter the physical examination link; If the total score is tied for the fourth place, the person with higher interview score will be the physical examination object; If the written test and interview results are the same, those with high test (interview) results will enter the physical examination.
