Urban road design, urban engineering system planning, urban master planning and urban management and regulations are all important courses. When you study these courses, you must be familiar with the relevant norms, because it is very beneficial for your future work and examination of urban registered planners. This book can be used for both design and postgraduate entrance examination, and can be used as a necessary teaching material for postgraduate entrance examination. There is one in Mailu Library, which is 1999. However, I suggest you buy one from recent years (2006-2009). For students majoring in planning and architecture, the importance of hand-drawing is self-evident. You can go to the architecture bookstore to read related books, and the hand-painted landscape is also very good, because most of the students majoring in landscape are from fine arts, and many of the pictures in it are classic.

The general direction of urban planning can be divided into master planning and detailed planning. Most of them are architectural colleges, such as Tsinghua, Tongji, Southeast, Tianda and Reconstruction. There are few universities with general planning in China, and most of them are changed from previous geography majors. The reason why this happens is that it is difficult to do real planning and design in the general planning direction, so many universities in the general planning direction began to turn to the detailed planning direction. Our classmates should also focus on the detailed urban planning.

So what is detailed urban planning and how to learn it? In fact, detailed urban planning can be subdivided. Here I only talk about the core constructive detailed planning, not the theoretical framework. Such as urban design, residential design, urban center design, square design, villa design, industrial zone planning design, garden landscape design, bridge road design and so on. All belong to detailed planning. For these planning and design, we need to have two abilities, one is the planning and layout ability of the general plane, and the other is the architectural design ability. It is very important for junior students to cultivate their architectural design ability. After learning architectural design well, other abilities will be improved, because architectural design involves space and modeling, function and environmental design, which is also needed for planning and design.

For urban planning majors, the following software will be mainly used:

1 SKETCHUP: This is a modeling course. The college doesn't offer this course. You can find a textbook to practice by yourself, or you can find relevant information on the Internet now. The content is simple, study hard and you can get started in half a month. After learning this, you can make a three-dimensional bird's eye view, otherwise you can't even make a bird's eye view after graduating from senior year. In addition, if you want to participate in the competition, you must have a three-dimensional bird's eye view, otherwise you can't participate. So I have to study in the second semester of my sophomore year. And it is also necessary to go out to work in the future. Students shouldn't pile up all their junior things. For courses like English, they will pass CET-4 in their sophomore year, preferably CET-6. Everyone has a good foundation for admission. With a little effort, it's too easy to pass CET-4 and CET-6. Because there were many professional courses in junior year, I was too busy and had something to do at that time.

2 CAD: This is the simplest software. Just practice more in class.

3 Xiangyuan Regulatory Detailed Planning: This is a familiar software for urban planning majors, and both master planning and regulatory detailed planning need to be used. You can look for this software online, but it seems difficult to download the cracked version online. However, teachers and students in our college have related cracked versions and detailed tutorials. You can ask them to help you send emails, or you can print out the tutorials and study them against them. I am eager to learn, but I have added corresponding functions to CAD.

In addition, there is a software with similar functions, that is, fast software. Fast learning is not recommended, because it is not widely used in the Planning Institute, the online version is not easy to find, and there are many incomplete functions when it is found.

4 photoshop: This is something that everyone must master skillfully. It's not difficult. Skilled use of related tools and commands is enough. The school has corresponding elective courses. If you can choose, you'd better choose in the second year of high school, because you need to take part in the competition and do your homework. Everyone should also have a sense of advance when choosing courses.

5 3DMAX: There are quite a few commands in this software. It is not easy to learn it well, and there are also requirements for the level of teachers in class. For students majoring in urban planning, if you want to be an excellent designer, don't spend too much time on it, spend more time on hand drawing. But since this course has been opened, you can learn modeling well (3DMAX is divided into modeling, materials and lighting). Of course, if you are interested and want to engage in the rendering industry in the future, you can study hard and find a good job, but it will take a lot of time. Like former college students, such as Jiang Shunnian, Wake studied well and worked well.

Finding a job for urban planning majors is a bit different from other majors. You need to prepare a portfolio to show people your achievements in homework and painting during your four years in college.

I think it's no problem to print four books and find a job. You must have at least two pen drawings, so that people can see your skills. Therefore, you'd better draw a pen-and-ink painting in the second year of high school, which can be accumulated one by one, and it's best to draw two. Because this is what you want to show to your work unit when you recruit in the future. If your painting is better than that of other schools, the unit will definitely give priority to you. The reason is very simple.
