(1) Measures for the Implementation of Anshan City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation Management Regulations (DecreeNo. 1. Municipal Government 125)

Article 33 is amended as: "chickens, ducks, geese, rabbits, pigs and other poultry and livestock shall not be kept in the built-up area of the city, except for special needs such as teaching and scientific research."

(2) Measures for the Administration of Infectious Disease Patients in Anshan City (Order No.2 of the Municipal Government 162)

The administrative department of health in Articles 3 and 9, the Municipal Health Bureau in Article 7, and the administrative department of health in Articles 5 and 8 shall be revised as the administrative department of health and family planning.

(3) Measures for the Administration of Special Residential Maintenance Funds in Anshan City (DecreeNo. 103, Municipal Government 169)

1. Delete "affordable housing" in the first paragraph of Article 3.

2. Article 7 is amended as: "The Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the actual situation of our city, reasonably determine and timely adjust the standard amount of residential special maintenance funds, which shall be implemented after being approved by the municipal government and announced to the public."

3. Paragraph 2 of Article 26 is amended as: "The specific criteria for the renewal of special maintenance funds for houses shall be drawn up by the owners' committee or the community residents' committee exercising the duties of the owners' committee and submitted to the owners' meeting for discussion and adoption. The balance of the residential special maintenance fund after the renewal shall not be lower than the deposit amount of the current residential special maintenance fund deposit standard. "

2. Article 24 is amended as: "For the construction and development of water conservancy, flood prevention, river regulation and other projects, as well as bridges, docks, roads, ferries, pipelines, cables and other buildings and facilities across rivers, the construction unit must report the project construction plan to the water administrative department for examination and approval in accordance with the river management authority. Without the approval of the water administrative department, the construction unit shall not start construction.
